Accessibility Statement

Atos recognizes the importance of making information, services and job opportunities accessible to all. While we aim to comply with these guidelines, we understand the ever-evolving IT industry; hence , our core objective is to provide a website accessible to the widest possible audience to ensure an accessible experience on our site.

Our Policy & Standards Compliance

Many Internet users with disabilities find websites difficult or even impossible to use simply, because of the way they are designed. We have, therefore, designed our website to be as accessible as possible and to be compatible with the types of adaptive and assistive technology used by people with disabilities, including screen readers and screen magnifiers.

We endeavor to ensure that all of the pages contained within this website comply with the Accessibility Guidelines or General Principles of Accessible Design laid down by the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) Working Group of the W3C.

To this end, we conduct regular audits, updates and training sessions, propagating accessible practices and solutions amongst our teams.  Below, we also share a snapshot of our latest audit.

Compliance Status

Our site is audited according to the WCAG 2.2 AA, and 42% of WCAG criteria are fully supported, with an additional 51% partially supported.

We have built our website to be accessible with standard assistive technologies and different ways of using websites. This means that:

  1. Synchronized captions are provided for all videos on the website to ensure accessibility for users with hearing impairments.
  2. Instructions on the site do not rely solely on sensory characteristics, making them accessible to users with various disabilities.
  3. The user’s keyboard focus is not trapped at any point during the interaction, ensuring smooth navigation between different interactive elements.
  4. Every page on the website has a descriptive title that identifies its content.
  5. The content on the site is flexible and does not restrict its view or operation to a single display orientation, accommodating various device orientations.
  6. The website offers consistent and repeatable navigation, making it easier for users to find and interact with content.
  7. Components with the same functionality across the site are consistently identified, ensuring a predictable and accessible user experience.

  3. In one form, there is a missing legend.
  4. Interface components with insufficient contrast.
  5. Some examples of text with insufficient contrast include an instance of text background missing when the image is removed.
